Impatiens Designs only accepts PayPal at this time.
Payment is expected within 3 business days. If this is going to be a problem, please contact me. I'd be more than happy to hold an item for you until you are able to purchase it.

In the event that I do not receive your payment within a reasonable timeframe, I'll be contacting you via email. If I get no response, I'll assume that you have changed your mind. At that point, I'll be cancelling the sale, and will relist the item.

Shipping and Handling
Impatiens Designs ship via United States Postal Service with insurance, First class in most cases.

International Customers:
Your purchase will go USPS First Class Par Avion and will be insured.

I ship items within 2 business days of receiving payment.

All shipping charges are 2.00, however:
Items that weigh less than 4oz have a handling charge of 3.00.
Items that weigh 4oz and up have a handling charge of 5.00.

Refunds and Exchanges
At this time, I only accept exchanges/refunds under Extraordinary Circumstances.

Extraordinary Circumstances include:
Item arrives broken and is completely irreparable
Item is misrepresented somehow
Item is thoroughly and completely lost in the mail

Extraordinary Circumstances DO NOT include:
You have changed your mind after receipt of item.
Item does not fit (you are responsible for knowing what your measurements are, and therefore, Impatiens Designs is not responsible if something you've bought does not fit. I will, however, be happy to make something longer for you -before- I mail it. just let me know how long it should be.)

Additional Policies and FAQs
All buyers qualify for the repair/replace policy, which is as follows:

If an item breaks, for any reason, send it back to me. I'll repair it for free, and mail it back to you. In the event that the piece is completely irreparable, I will contact you to let you know, and at that time, will let you know of the replacement options. Most of the time, I can make another item very similar to the original, but it may not be exact.
